There’s also beautiful framed artwork that adds personality straight away. It feels cosy but still very stylish, setting the tone before you even sit down.
Food – The food was honestly the highlight of it all. Everything looked as good as it tasted. The crispy aubergine fries topped with a creamy burrata and pesto were incredible – perfectly seasoned, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. 🤤 The paella was so flavourful with tender chicken and well-cooked rice. We also had patatas bravas which were coated in a bold, slightly spicy sauce 🤌🏽. The wraps were fresh and nicely presented with a light salad on the side. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour.
Drinks – I was recommended a really nice glass of Spanish owned white wine (forgot the name. 🥲) which complemented the food really well.
Decor –For me, the decor is what makes the restaurant top tier!! It’s like a mix of modern and rustic with a Mediterranean feel. Deep green walls, woven basket wall art and wooden tables give it a warm, earthy vibe. The patterned flooring ties everything together beautifully and adds character.
Atmosphere – The atmosphere was relaxed, intimate and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you can enjoy both a casual lunch or a chilled dinner.
Cleanliness – Everything was spotless – from the tables to the flooring and even the serving areas. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a clean and well-presented space including the bathrooms.
Customer service – The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout. Service was smooth and relaxed – we never felt rushed and everything arrived in good time. Special mention to Diana, she was incredibly accommodating and kind throughout.

Charlie Brownie is a must-visit in Valencia. Amazing food, beautiful decor, great atmosphere and excellent service – it ticks every box. Would 100% go back.
